Restrict trading to expose botters
An extensive article on the official site of Tree of Savior discusses the player trading system. After a trade is successfully completed, 48 hours pass before gold and items actually change hands. This allows the developers to detect suspicious activities, thus exposing gold sellers and botters before they can cause real damage to the server economy.
However, the developers know that this system is not completely satisfactory and hope to develop an automated system in the future that will automatically filter harmful activities. Then, a time span of 48 hours would no longer be necessary.
Guild PvP – Protecting and destroying towers
Furthermore, a first glimpse into the future of the game is offered, and how it should progress after the official Free2Play launch. One of the biggest features will be the guild battles, where two guilds face off against each other. This will be possible twice a day. Strategy and planning are important as both guilds spawn on the large map at one of eight different points.
The goal is to destroy the opposing guild’s tower before your own tower falls – but that tower must first be found! At the start of a battle, you do not know where the enemy team starts. The top 10 guilds on a server will be showered with rewards at the end of the week before their earned ranking is reset and the fun begins anew.
No specific date for the guild battles has been announced yet, but the developers want to keep fans informed. We will report as soon as there are new informations.
