A streamer from Portugal plays CS:GO successfully despite a severe disability. Since she can only use one hand, she compensates for her handicap creatively and wins spectacularly.
Who is she? Kika “xirilikika” Martins is from Portugal and had a stroke as a child. This, in turn, led to a partial paralysis of her body. Among other things, she can only use one of her hands since then.
How xirilikika gets kills in CS:GO despite her handicap
How does she play despite her disability? However, this has not stopped the young woman from gaming and even becoming active as a streamer in the shooter CS:GO. Since CS:GO is played on PC with a mouse and keyboard, xirilikika had to be creative because you typically need to use one hand to operate the keyboard while the other aims and shoots with the mouse.
Since xirilikika can only use one hand, she wedges the mouse under her upper arm while using her hand to operate the WASD keys on the keyboard. The arm movement keeps the mouse stable.
If xirilikika wants to take out an opponent, she quickly switches from the keyboard to the mouse with her hand. In a flash, she aims and shoots, only to immediately switch back to the keyboard to reposition herself.

You can see her running through the map, spotting an opponent and jumping into the air. Before she lands again, she grabs the mouse and pulls off a deadly headshot with the Desert Eagle.
Shortly after, she performs the same stunt again, only this time after landing, she grabs an MP5 and eliminates the last opponent with it. That was also the decisive kill that allowed xirilikika and her team to win the round.
The clip was shared by one of her deeply impressed opponents on reddit and has received a lot of attention there. At the time of this article (November 21, 2020), it had already received over 2,500 upvotes on reddit. Many of the readers are impressed by her performance and wonder why she doesn’t buy equipment specifically for one-handed players. However, Xirilikika seems to not need that, as she obviously manages well without it.
