The TOTW 31 (Team of the Week) in FIFA 19 is set. Here you will find out which players made it into the Team of the Week.
This is the Team of the Week: For the Team of the Week, EA selects 23 players each week who have shown outstanding performances in real football. They then receive upgraded Inform cards and are available in packs for one week.
The strongest players in TOTW 31: This week, strong new Inform cards are received by Pepe (88), Nainggolan (87), and Williams (86). However, De Bruyne (92) and Koulibaly (92) clearly have the best cards in the current Team of the Week.
These Bundesliga players are included: The Bundesliga is represented this week only by Kingsley Coman (86).
From the 2. Bundesliga, however, Hinterseer (79) is also included.
This is the new card of Coman: This week, Coman receives his second Inform card. With an overall rating of 86, this is one point stronger than his last special card from TOTW 23.
When comparing the new Inform card with the previous 85-rated card, the biggest improvements are seen in the shooting, passing, and physical attributes.
- Shooting: 80 -> 82
- Passing: 78 -> 80
- Physical: 62 -> 64
The new TOTW card from Kingsley Coman is thus an excellent option for the left wing. This card offers good pace, strong shooting stats, and very strong dribbling.

When will TOTW 31 be released? The release is on 17.04 at 7 PM. From then on, the cards can be found in packs.
How to get the new Inform cards
From packs: You have a chance at the best Inform cards with the following packs:
- Gold pack (5,000 coins)
- Premium Gold pack (7,500 coins)
- or from other special packs
Bronze or Silver TOTW cards can also be found in the corresponding Bronze and Silver packs.
However, keep in mind that it is very unlikely to pull a TOTW card from packs.
On the transfer market: If you have no luck with packs or prefer to target specific players, you can also find the TOTW cards on the transfer market.
