Microsoft has now introduced the new Elite Controller “Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2” for Xbox and PC. The new controller features a USB-C port and a rechargeable battery.
What is new? The popular Elite Controller from Microsoft is coming in a new version. This new version was introduced at Microsoft’s press conference during E3 2019.

What has changed?
- Adjustable pressure of the thumbsticks
- Shorter travel of the shoulder buttons
- Rubber for better grip
- Refined components
The pressure sensitivity of the analog sticks can be adjusted, allowing you to have an even better feeling while gaming with it.
The new Elite Controller also comes with a battery that is said to last for up to 40 hours. The battery is rechargeable.
With the Xbox Accessories app on Xbox One and Windows 10, you can customize the controller to suit your playstyle in many ways. Key assignments for voice commands like “Record” or “Take a screenshot” are possible.
The shoulder buttons have shorter travel distances, allowing you to click faster and shoot more effectively.
The handles seem to be made of non-slip material so that the device stays firmly in your hands even during intense battles in your matches.

What connections does the controller have? The new Elite is equipped with support for USB-C and Bluetooth.
