In a survey, fans can vote for which player they want to see on the cover of FIFA 20. These are the current results.
What the survey is about: The site fifplay wants to find out with this survey which player FIFA fans wish for the cover of FIFA 20. The options include the big stars of the top leagues, but older stars like Zlatan Ibrahimovic can also be voted for.
Although it is not an official survey by EA, with already 1.4 million votes, it is certainly interesting for Electronic Arts as well.

Thus, Son, Ronaldo, and Messi all have 17% of the votes. Son is slightly ahead, with a few votes to spare, in first place. Following him are Ronaldo (17%), Messi (17%) and Neymar (14%). A super tight result!
Could Son become Ronaldo’s successor? This is certainly possible, as Son Heung-min from Tottenham Hotspur has been playing at a consistently high level for several years and delights football fans all over the world. And that’s why he has been receiving very strong special cards in FUT for years, making him extremely popular among FIFA players.
EA would certainly excite many fans with the choice of Son for the cover. He is a young, popular top player who has not yet been involved in any scandals.
What about Ronaldo? It seems certain, however, that Cristiano Ronaldo will have to make way for a successor on the cover of FIFA 20. Because as early as February 2019, EA removed Ronaldo from the cover and replaced him with Kevin De Bruyne, Neymar, and Dybala.
Perhaps EA will also do it like they did with FIFA 17 and let the fans vote for the cover star themselves. The winner back then: Marco Reus.
