Black Desert Online: The Ghost of Halloween
What is the event about? Black Desert Online has a different theme for Halloween every year. This year it is against an evil ghost, who waits for you in a spooky villa in the woods.
What are the special features? The ghost is an event boss that you can fight. Additionally, the black witch Isabella will appear as a world boss. The game also offers a number of event quests for you.
What loot is available? From the ghost, you will receive coveted black fabric, which you can use to craft costumes. In addition to the regular loot, you can also earn Halloween coins after one hour of play and exchange them for Cron stones and accessory chests.
If you play for two hours, you’ll receive Halloween candies, and after three hours, Halloween cookies. You can combine these in your inventory to get a Halloween gift box with even more event loot.
Final Fantasy XIV: Celebrate the Patron Saints!
What is the event about? The All Saints’ Wake event, the Halloween equivalent of Final Fantasy XIV, is firmly rooted in the lore of the game.
Every year, the inhabitants of Eorzea celebrate their patron saints, who, according to legend, return from the dead on one day of the year to participate in the festivities alongside the living. However, during this time, the creatures of evil also emerge, disguising themselves as members of a creepy circus.
What is special about it? During the event from October 18 to November 1, 2018, players can experience new stories and quests related to the antics of the circus. You can also visit the special dungeon Haunted Mansion and complete various tasks to earn cookies.
What rewards are available? The cookies obtained in the Haunted Mansion can be exchanged each year for new cosmetic items. There are many cool goodies, from broom mounts and ghost companions to various furniture for your house.
World of Warships: Submarine Halloween
What is the event about? From October 31 to November 8, 2018, you can experience World of Warships for the first time with submarines. All of this takes place in a spooky Halloween atmosphere.
What is special? The highlight of Halloween 2018 in World of Warships is the submarines. In the operation “Terror of the Deep”, you can utilize a total of five submarines with special abilities.
The ships are all designed in a cool steampunk look. In this mission, you team up to hunt a nasty large battleship.
What rewards are available? Unfortunately, the submarines are only available for the duration of the event. However, while the Halloween event is running, you can earn special Halloween loot boxes. These contain new camouflage patterns and captains for certain ships, such as the North Carolina or the destroyer Kiev.
