For Real – Papaplatte Slips into 3rd Place
Who is in 3rd place? Here, a representative of a younger generation has made it: Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller (27) is in 3rd place. After viewer hours, he is even the leading streamer in Germany for the last 365 days and has overtaken Elias Nerlich and the LoL streamer NoWay4u.
He generated significant search interest with “Duell um die Welt,” his appearance on the Pro7 show by Joko and Klaas. There, they hired an interpreter for Papaplatte, who likes to mix the German language with what he believes is English.
In February 2024, he won so many awards at the Streaming Awards, including for his partnership with BastiGHG, that they will change the rules there for 2025.
