In FIFA 19 the new TOTW 13 (Team of the Week 13) is released today in Ultimate Team. You can find out which players receive Team-of-the-Week cards here in the overview.
The release time for TOTW 13: The twelfth Team of the Week is released on December 12th at 7 PM in FUT. Then the special cards of the TDW players will be in packs from 7 PM.

The 3 Best Players in TDW 13 by Overall Rating
Best Players: Salah (Liverpool) and Kanté (Chelsea): Both have an overall rating of 90. Salah is a lightning-fast striker with strong technique, evidenced by his 94 Pace and 91 in Dribbling. Kanté, on the other hand, is one of the strongest defensive midfielders and, despite his small stature, has impressive defensive values. Additionally, with 82 in Dribbling and a 79 Passing value, he is quite a balanced player who is not only valuable defensively.
Position 2 goes to Cancelo (Juventus Turin): The right-back is a very balanced player with high speed (91 Pace), good technique, and overall strong defensive values. His passing values are also impressive; even his shot rating of 71 is not bad for a right-back.
Position 3 – Fernandes (Sporting Lisbon): Bruno Fernandes is a central midfielder who stands out with his offensive values. With 85 in Dribbling and 87 in Passing, he is already a technically strong ball distributor, and his 82 in Shooting and 80 in Pace make him a goal threat in the center.
How and When to Get TOTW Players in Packs?
How to get TOTW players: You can draw the TOTW cards from packs that may contain rare (gold) players,
- such as from the Gold Pack (5000 coins),
- the Premium Gold Pack (7500 coins)
- or from other special sets.
However, the chance is considered low; you need a lot of luck.
Additionally, it is possible to buy the TOTW cards on the transfer market when they are offered. However, the prices are usually extremely high, especially for the top players.
When can you get the new TOTW players? The TDW players are available in the sets for one week – from Wednesday 7 PM to the following Wednesday 7 PM. You can obtain TDW 13 from December 12th at 7 PM until December 19th at 7 PM in packs.
