Every major holiday is celebrated in Fortnite with special skins and outfits . Easter is no exception, but Fortnite sees the festival of spring and colorful eggs a bit differently.
Therefore, the Easter Bunny in Fortnite is not a harmless little bunny, but seems to have emerged directly from the nightmares of bunny haters.
What does the new rabbit look like? The horror rabbit is called “Finsterhase”. In English, it is referred to with the pun “Nitehare,” a wonderful mix of Nightmare and Hare. He is a creepy, pale rabbit with dead white eyes, tattered ears, and stitched scars.
He wears a kind of overall to which meat hooks are attached. Several marks on his belt indicate that he has already taken many lives.
What accessories does the horror rabbit wear? As a back accessory, the killer bunny has a tattered bunny doll with crossed-out eyes.
What else is there? If you want the full Easter package, you can still get the “Steel Carrot.” It’s a nasty pickaxe in the shape of a carrot.
How much does it all cost? The rabbit itself, along with the back accessory, costs 1,500 V-Bucks. That’s about 15 Euros. The bunny pickaxe is available for 800 Bucks (8 Euros). So if you want to scare opponents as a carrot-axe-swinging killer rabbit, you need to shell out a total of 23 Euros.

This is how the skin is received by fans: The Finsterhase caused some reactions in the community even as a leak. Some players got scared on Reddit and feared the day Nitehare would officially hop into the game:
