The Valentinos are one of the largest and most respected gangs in Night City, praised not only by members but also by the residents of their districts. They can be easily recognized by their gang tattoos and gold jewelry, often featuring religious motifs, as well as their equally gold-plated weapons, cyberware, and tricked-out lowriders.
They are strictly territorial and traditional, defending their neighborhoods to the core and placing a high value on their roots and culture. They protect their territory and their residents, and that loyalty ensures that it is almost impossible for other gangs and corporations to infiltrate their plans and actions.
However, it would also be wrong to label the Valentinos as a charitable family. Not without reason do they possess a danger level of Medium to High.
While they operate various legal businesses such as restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, these are also often used for money laundering and other criminal activities. They are also heavily involved in arms smuggling, car theft, drug trafficking, robbery, contract killings, heists, prostitution, and illegal modification of weapons and vehicles.
The Valentinos, due to their numbers and loyalty, function like a large family, and therefore betrayal is seen as the worst thing a member could do. This is often punished with a particularly brutal death, while loyal fallen members are honored like saints or martyrs with rituals or huge murals.
