The ranking in Season 17 of Diablo 3: What has changed since the start of the season? Will there be any changes towards the end? Let’s take a look.
Why are the rankings changing? At the start of Season 17, classes that can quickly assemble strong sets benefited the most. This could be with the help of Haedrig’s Gift of Season 17. Partly, this is also due to the fact that sets can become very strong with just a few pieces of armor or weapons.
Now that Season 17 has been running for more than a month, more players have been able to fight their way to the top. There has been more time to farm gear. Some could only start playing the build they wanted after a few weeks.
Let’s take a look at what has changed.

How did the ranking look before? About a month ago, on May 20, the solo ranking was still led by the Wizard at level 122, while the Necromancer was in second place at level 116.
At that time, in the duo, Monk and Wizard made a good team, which has now been replaced.
In the trio, at the end of May, Wizard, Demon Hunter, and Monk ruled the trio ranking.
In the quad, Barbarian, Monk, Necromancer, and Wizard were already in first place at the end of May.
Here you can see the ranking shortly after the start of Season 17:
It shows that the ranking in Season 17 is dynamic. Currently, places 1 and 2 in the solo ranking are very close to each other. Therefore, a lot should change in the coming weeks.
