In FIFA 19 the winter upgrades of the German Bundesliga are known. These player cards are now available in packs in Ultimate Team.
Ratings Refresh of the Bundesliga: The winter upgrades in FUT 19 are going into the next round. Today, on 17.2., EA Sports released the second ratings refresh batch. This time, it is the Bundesliga’s turn.
The best Bundesliga winter upgrades: The highest new ratings are held by Marco Reus (88) from Dortmund as well as the two Bayern players Thiago (87) and Kimmich (86). A Witsel or Werner could also improve many Bundesliga Ultimate Teams.

Information about the winter upgrades in Ultimate Team
These are winter upgrades: As the standard cards in FUT 19 have remained unchanged since release, many players have shown better performances in the past months. With the winter upgrades, the standard cards of many players are being upgraded.
After this “ratings refresh”, only the new, updated cards of the respective players can be found in the packs.

How to get the winter upgrades of the Bundesliga
New cards replace old ones in the packs: Once the winter upgrade cards are released, they can be pulled in the packs. The only requirement is that the pack can contain players. The “old” cards of the respective players can no longer be found in the packs from this moment on.
What happens to my old card? If you already own a card of a player who is being upgraded, it will remain unchanged. It will not be automatically updated. If you want the card of the player with improved attributes, you must pull it from a pack.
It is also possible to purchase the winter upgrade cards from other players on the transfer market.
In other words: After the ratings refresh, two versions of the standard cards of the respective player coexist in FUT.
What happens to the previous IFs? They also receive an upgrade if the new standard card exceeds the rating of the previous IF card or has the same rating.
