With the upcoming Update 12 of the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online, new weapon ultimates are being introduced.
With the new ultimates, the aim is to further expand the diversity of weapon skills and create a ton of new build possibilities. The weapons will then receive new “abilities”. For a bow, it will be possible to use “Rapid Fire”, which shoots multiple arrows in succession to deal damage over a longer period of time. Or one summons a ballista. With “Toxic Barrage”, you can also poison the enemies. Here, combos can also be created, for example from “Rapid Fire” followed by “Toxic Barrage”.
Specializations will become more important
You can only use the ultimates once you have fully developed the respective weapon skill. So you now have to think much more carefully about whether to develop your hero in a specific direction to make use of the ultimates or whether to keep him more versatile and develop multiple skills.
