The Elder Scrolls Online: Server Startzeiten für Headstart und Release

During the Ask-me-anything, a general Q&A session on the English-speaking internet forum Reddit, the official times have just been announced for when players can log into the servers with their versions at the release of The Elder Scrolls Online.

• Players who have a 5-day head start can access the servers on March 30th starting at 1 PM.
• Players with a 3-day head start are allowed onto the servers starting on April 1st at 1 PM.
• And players who may only enter Tamriel on the official release date can do so at 1 AM on April 4th.

The release is by no means an April Fools’ joke.

You will receive the head start by pre-ordering The Elder Scrolls Online.

Other highlights from the Ask-me-Anything:

• You will not need a fresh installation to play The Elder Scrolls Online. The current beta installation is completely sufficient. It will then be updated to the latest version via the patcher, just like in previous beta weekends. This will save you a lot of time.
• If you have a beta account, that will also be your account for the live version. However, there will be a character wipe for the head start (your beta character will be deleted).
• The many bugs from the last beta weekend should mostly be a thing of the past. In other words: They were able to fix them.
• Anyone who subscribes for a longer period than one month will receive a discount, as is common in other games. The exact figures will be announced by Zenimax soon.
• In the hotly debated in-game shop, there will be a name change and some rare pets available.
• The bonus in the Explorer’s Pack, allowing you to play any race with any alliance, is exclusive to the Explorer’s Pack. At the moment, it is not planned for players to receive this bonus in any other way.
• In PvP, Zenimax will mainly focus on player feedback. For now, there is great anticipation to see how the initial reactions to Cyrodil under real conditions will turn out.
• Work on the PvE content is already in full swing. Especially adventure zones are expected to take the lead here. More information will be available shortly.
