In The Division, the daily missions will not change again. What does Massive have to say about this?
In the days leading up to last Tuesday’s weekly maintenance, agents wondered why the daily missions in The Division did not change. Until then, it was actually planned that different “daily missions” would be played each day to earn rewards, including Phoenix Credits. Since the daily missions changed on Tuesday, it was assumed that this “problem” had now been resolved.
However, that is not the case. The missions are still the same as they have been since Tuesday: For three days, the WarrenGate Power Plant is on Challenging, while the Russian Consulate and Broadway Emporium are in rotation on Hard.
The 3-Day Rhythm is Intentional, but Will Be Changed in the Future
As Community Manager Natchai Stappers announced via Twitter, this is not a problem; the 3-day rotation is currently by design. The “daily” missions will therefore only provide variety every three days for the time being. However, the daily rewards can still be earned every day.

Stappers added to his tweet that they will change this 3-day rotation for the future. No specific date was mentioned for when fresh daily missions will be available again.
