Camp Clinton: Liberator with Responsive, Destructive and Talented. One of the best assault rifles. Talented is in the third slot, here you can rely on various talents like Malevolent (more damage against elite enemies), Resolute (reduced cooldown on killing an enemy) or Destructive.
