At The Division, spontaneous maintenance work is taking place this afternoon on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
As Massive just announced via Twitter, the servers will be taken offline on April 29th. Maintenance work is underway.
The servers will be offline starting at 4:30 PM. The estimated downtime is 30 minutes. If everything goes as planned, agents can re-enter the post-apocalyptic New York right on time for the evening at 5 PM.
“Death Ladder” will be fixed
As part of this maintenance, an issue will be resolved that unexpectedly occurred yesterday after the fix: “The Death Ladder”, as this bug is referred to by Massive themselves.
The bug caused agents who stayed too long near certain ladders to be suddenly killed. The problem will be fixed this afternoon.
