In the MMO shooter The Division, maintenance is taking place today on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The server status will be “offline” for several hours.
Today, on May 12, the weekly maintenance is happening. The servers will be shut down at 9 AM and are expected to be down for three hours. At 12 PM, you can return to restoring law and order in Manhattan.
No issues will be fixed in The Division today
The past week was probably the quietest since the launch of The Division: No major bugs or exploits have been uncovered. Over time, Massive seems to be getting a handle on the errors and issues. However, there is still much work ahead for the developers. Especially the cheating and hacking problems are still not resolved.
No gameplay changes will take place today. During maintenance, the team will only be making minor tweaks in the background on the servers. The next batch of bug fixes is probably only to be expected with Update 1.2 “Conflict,” which is slowly making its way to us.
It can be expected that during today’s State of the Game, further information about the May update will be revealed. Perhaps even the release date? We will report on this in a timely manner.
