In The Division, it is sometimes not that easy to extract your loot from the Dark Zone – especially when the rope has a mind of its own.
Since the 1.2 update, the pickups in the Dark Zone have become more exciting: Now you have to keep an eye on your loot even when it is already dangling from the helicopter’s rope. Because sneaky agents can simply cut the rope and take all that nice loot.
However, some agents report that it apparently is not that easy to execute this sabotage: Because some ropes dance wildly and need to be caught first!
Rope bug causes frustration and amusement

While some agents can heartily laugh at such scenes, other users get in a bad mood due to this bug in The Division. On reddit, a few players confirm that this “problem” is not an isolated case, also occurring here and there for them and has been causing trouble for a while now.
The dancing rope is certainly one of the more amusing problems that Massive currently has to deal with. But it also shows that not everything in The Division is running smoothly yet.
