In The Division, PS4 agents can access the new gear sets through the “Season Pass” exclusive supply drops.
Supply Drops are known in The Division for months: they are regularly dropped over the Dark Zone, where they are guarded by hostile NPCs. Half of the Dark Zone heads to the drop sites to grab the high-level loot. Because whoever grabs the loot first, owns it.
For a week now, there has been another form of supply drops: the “Season Pass” exclusive Supply Drops in the open world, in PvE, meaning outside the Dark Zone. What exactly does this entail?
Gear Set Pieces for All – Including PS4 Users
With Update 1.3, special events for “Season Pass” holders have been integrated, which are now active in the form of supply drops in PvE. Twice a month, on the 1st and 15th, Massive drops a loot crate somewhere in the open world that you just need to collect. You need an agent level of 30 for this.

Note: The crate is guarded by a group of NPCs at level 32. If you are already advanced in the endgame, they shouldn’t be a problem. The quality of the loot, by the way, depends on your equipment value. You will find gear set pieces and high-end items in it – a total of 3 pieces per crate.
Currently, these rare supply drops are the only way for PS4 agents to obtain the new equipment sets of the Underground expansion. You can find plenty of user reports online confirming that you can already acquire the new set pieces on PS4 this way. “Underground” goes live on Sony’s console on August 2.
Since the drops only occur twice a month, it will still be difficult to assemble a complete set this way. However, the supply drops are not limited to one account, but can be collected per character at level 30. You can create up to four agents. However, supply drops cannot be declared an efficient farming method for PS4.
Update 1.4 “Survival”, which will be released later this summer, will bring changes to the supply drops in PvE: more drop locations will be added, and the frequency of the drops is expected to increase.
You have until the next supply drop to collect the current one. After that, it will be replaced by the new drop.
