In the MMO shooter The Division, Ubisoft released a hotfix yesterday.
We reported yesterday that in The Division a yellow fever has broken out. Some named enemies dropped four high-end items upon their defeat. That was definitely too much. We suspected yesterday that it wouldn’t stay that way.
And indeed, a hotfix for The Division came after midnight yesterday:
- Now, the named enemies in challenge mode will only guarantee one high-end item.
- Additionally, they adjusted the APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) in the new operations. The armored vehicle was likely buggy; it should no longer take damage from player weapons and its mortar should fire correctly.
This means the operation may have gained significantly in difficulty.
However, the hotfix could not solve one problem: Some players simply cannot find their agents. They disappeared with update 1.1. This is a complicated issue that Ubisoft is working on. It is said that further investigations are necessary.
