In The Division, the vendors’ offerings will be exchanged on July 9. Let’s see what they have in their inventory for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
Every night from Friday to Saturday, the vendors receive new goods. The agents are curious if there is anything nice among them that they can level up and improve.
Currently, we are asking ourselves: Which vendors are actually still worth reporting about? Many agents are already running around with a gear score above 250. A weapon with 182 is not very exciting. Of course, the gear score is not very significant – a low-value weapon with excellent attributes and talents is always desirable.
Since the update 1.3 has allowed players to reroll weapon talents, one does not have to rely solely on luck and a good roll anymore. Weapons with low values seem less lucrative now. Thus, we want to primarily focus on items with a value over 200.

You can find this vendor in the tech wing of the base of operations. His inventory has significantly shrunk since the update. He has also lost importance as the values of his items have not increased. You can purchase the following goods for Phoenix Credits:
