A fun video has been released for The Division. Thanks to the well-known opening music from Pokémon, an agent survives in the Dark Zone.
The “Pokémon GO” hype is currently felt in all walks of life. Whether on television, online, on the radio, or on the street – the pocket monsters are gaining worldwide popularity in augmented reality and are on everyone’s lips again.
The YouTuber Michael Freeman likely benefited from this hype in the Dark Zone. He played the well-known opening music from the Pokémon series, “Pokémon Theme”, through the microphone. When he encountered a group of rogue agents with the manhunt status, that melody saved his life. How so?
Pokémon is indeed celebrated by rogues
As the agent climbed a ladder to the enemy agents, blaring the music, he was initially shot at. However, the rogues then started to laugh heartily – after all, it’s Pokémon in the Dark Zone! – and one said, “I like you.” They spared his life and celebrated the agent and the Pokémon song. No one shot at each other; the mood was just good.
From minute 2, the agent dances a little to the Pokémon music, which the rogues also enjoy. Essentially, the agent managed to make his enemies laugh for minutes.
At 3:13, the song ends, and another highlight of the video follows: “Taps – United States Army Ceremonial Band,” to which the agent salutes and fires shots into the air. The rogues almost collapse with laughter.
The video lasts nearly 20 minutes during which the agent plays various melodies. Here you can watch the agent’s video:
