During the Christmas holidays, there are gifts for everyone in The Division.
The last State of the Game of the year just aired, the final status report from Massive in 2016. Starting tomorrow, it’s vacation time and from mid-January, the community developers Hamish Bode and Yannick Bancherau will once again provide us with the latest information on Ubisoft’s MMO shooter as usual. But they had a surprise for the agents today: There are gifts.
If you log in to The Division between December 23 and December 31, you can secure these two festive hats – one in red and one in green:
These hats are available at the reward vendor. This is located in the operations base to the left of the entrance to the terminal. If you want to dress your agent festively, you will find the right headgear here.
Info about the Elite Task Force
The rest of the livestream focused on the Elite Task Force, the ETF. All ETF members have now been contacted. If you have not been notified, here’s the confirmation: you are not included.
From January 11 to January 13, this ETF will travel to the USA to discuss Update 1.6 with Massive and Red Storm. This will bring some changes to PvP and the Dark Zone. The ETF members are expected to have constructive feedback in their carry-on and to discuss the new features with the responsible parties.
Among the members are not only well-known streamers and YouTubers but also “ordinary” agents, most of whom you may never have heard of. Massive emphasizes that players of all platforms are represented. Additionally, agents who rarely play PvP are invited – not just PvP professionals.

By the way: It was also confirmed today that there will be no weekends with double XP this year. These have already been tested on the last PTS. They might come in 2017.
