Since update 1.4, there are numerous ways to obtain good gear. This also includes the named elite bosses in the open world. These were once removed from the game once defeated because the “Bullet King” method was too effective.
Now these bosses respawn 4 hours after they have been defeated. This makes it possible to defeat them multiple times and collect a lot of good loot.
Map to the Elite Bosses
The Redditor razamatraz took the effort to create a map that shows all the bosses outside of the Dark Zone. But not only that: He also marked the starting points and the routes to reach these loot sources as quickly as possible. Even the coordinates are provided. The agent states he can complete a full run in 28 minutes. During this time, delicious items rain down. He considers this one of the fastest and easiest methods to farm loot.
