In The Division Update 1.2, the offerings from the vendors have undergone numerous changes. We present what the vendors now have in stock with high-quality items.
In recent weeks, the developers of The Division have talked extensively about Update 1.2. They mainly discussed the new raid “Clear Sky,” the high-value targets, and new mechanics in the Dark Zone. However, one topic they omitted was: The offerings of the vendors.
It is indeed worthwhile to pay a visit to some vendors now: Through them, you can obtain fresh items, such as new named high-end weapons and additional gear set pieces.
This is the offering of the special equipment vendor after Update 1.2
The special equipment vendor in the tech wing of the operations base is now called the special equipment vendor and has more items than before. He still requires Phoenix Credits for his high-end goods. Exciting: The Historian is now available for purchase!

At this vendor, you can purchase blueprints for some individual pieces of the gear sets. All of these have a value of 214:

Vendor of advanced weapons has the Centurion for you
If you go to the security wing in the operations base, you will find the vendor of advanced weapons. He awaits you with the new named pistol Centurion. To purchase weapons from him, you do not need Phoenix Credits, but “regular” credits.
