What does the named item of the clan vendor look like? The named items are highly sought after and the clan vendor in the White House delivers one of these legendaries weekly, for a small fee, of course.
The provider gloves from “Petrov Defense Group” come with rather moderate stats but stand out due to their special combination of talents and attributes. A skill build with LMG could definitely benefit from this.
