Today, on May 31st, The Division 2 will undergo maintenance for about 3 hours. While the servers are offline, some bug fixes will be applied. Here are the patch notes for the update on Friday, May 31st.
When will the servers be online? The maintenance will take place at the usual times and will last about 3 hours. The servers will thus be unavailable from approximately 9:30 to 12:30.
During this time, a server-side patch will be applied to fix some issues. This includes an annoying bug that could make players nearly indestructible in normalized PvP.
Update, May 31, 12:50: The servers are back online as scheduled, as reported by Massive on Twitter.
The Patch Notes – Armor Bug, Loot Cave, AI Behavior
This will be fixed tomorrow:
- Secret Missions: A bug will be fixed where players could end up on an empty map when joining a group through the player search for Secret Missions.
- Loot Cave: The exploit through the loot cave is likely to be definitively fixed this time. With the last unscheduled maintenance, farming was already made more difficult. However, it was still possible to collect endless loot relatively easily. What changes this time remains to be seen.
- NPC Behavior: Fixes the overly aggressive behavior of enemy AI.
- Armor Bug: It is now no longer possible to exploit in normalized PvP areas (Dark Zone and Conflict).
You can also find the official patch notes in the Subreddit for The Division 2.
What is the Armor Bug about? By exploiting a bug, players can currently become nearly indestructible in PvP. This bug is related to a miscalculation of the normalized (adjusted) values.

Normalization only exists in the normal Dark Zone and the PvP area Conflict, which is why this bug fortunately could not affect other areas and activities. Nevertheless, it has disrupted the PvP experience for many players.
Next week, Title Update 3.1 is also coming, which is supposed to fix more annoying issues:
