In The Division 2 you can not only equip your weapons with skins, but also your armor has a skin slot starting from the blue rarity level. Here you can find the armor colors.
Where can you find the armor colors? The skins can be found in supply crates that are hanging at elevated positions throughout Washington D.C. Usually, they are on trees, but sometimes also on cranes and buildings.
We will show you 11 locations where you can find the crates. The skins are received in random order, you cannot unlock a specific color.
11 Crates with Armor Colors
These are the locations where you can find the crates:
- Nr. 1 can be found south of the White House, in the western part of the round area. It hangs on a tree, west of the amusement park that you cross on the way to the operations base at the beginning of the game.
- Nr. 2 is located south of the safe house “The Shop”, east of the Lincoln Memorial. Cross the water and look for shipwrecks. Between the wrecks, the crate hangs on a tree.
- Nr. 3 is directly west of the Lincoln Memorial. Follow the road that leads right past the Memorial until a junction. There you walk along the road that continues to the right until you reach an intersection. Just before, the crate hangs on the right side.
- Nr. 4 is located right at the checkpoint before the bridge to the Roosevelt Island base. In front of the underpass, you will find a crane. The box with the skin hangs on it.
- Nr. 5 can be found at the northwestern edge, outside the Dark Zone East. Head south from the safe house in that direction and stay by the building opposite. Right between this and the next building, you should find an alley. Through the alley, you come to a ladder, at the top of which is the crate and additionally a collectible.
- Nr. 6 is located in the Southwest area, near the safe house. Exit the safe house through the western entrance/exit and turn right. Follow the building until the next corner. Above you, the crate should now be hanging on an overturned antenna mast.
- Nr. 7 hangs not far from the previous crate. Follow the road east toward the Capitol. On the left side, you will eventually find the Botanical Garden. Inside the main building, the crate is hanging.
- Nr. 8 is right at the wreck of Air Force 1, in front of the Capitol. The crate hangs on a tree, west of the airplane.
- Nr. 9 is in the West Potomac Park area, southwest of the checkpoint “Flooded Dam”. There, the crate hangs on a pillar.
- Nr. 10 can be found east of the safe house “The 1040” in the Federal Triangle neighborhood. Take the northeastern exit there and walk until you reach a courtyard. Climb the ladder there, on the right side, the crate hangs from a parachute.
- Nr. 11 is located south of the safe house “Last Stop” in the Judiciary Square neighborhood. Exit through the southern exit. As soon as you leave the building, look up to the left. There, the crate hangs.
