Around the White House, you can come across 4 unmarked SHD containers. Often, it is exactly these 4 containers that players are missing.
Container No. 1
How to find the SHD Tech: The 1st container is located west of the White House, on the roof of a small building.
This is located near 17th St. NW. Right behind it, there is a larger building.
To get to the roof, you need to climb a generator. You should see the container directly there.
Container No. 2
How to find the SHD Tech: The second container is not far from the vault control point. Walk along the street heading west until you find an alley with a truck that you can climb onto.
At the top, you need to turn left and should then already find the SHD container including some other loot boxes.
Container No. 3
How to find the SHD Tech: The third container is north of the White House, hidden in an apartment. You can enter this through an alley that is located near a propaganda broadcast.
In the alley, you will find a ledge that you need to climb to get into the apartment.
Container No. 4
How to find the SHD Tech: The fourth container is located at the southern part of the area. There is an entrance to the underground.
Enter it and continue straight ahead. On the left side, there is a red-lit door with a padlock. Behind it, you will find the SHD container.
