28,349 piles of garbage adorn the streets of The Division. The density of garbage bags depends on where you are.
For example, garbage bags pile up in front of restaurants. In places where the injured were treated, you can find a lot of medical waste.
Detail 10: Lots of stickers
Two environmental designers, Chad Chatterton and Benedikt Podlesnigg, were asked what detail in The Division is their favorite. Their answer: The stickers.
You can find them everywhere in the game, in the subway, on parking meters, on doors. And when you aim your weapon at them and take a closer look, you can see that they have been individually designed.

Detail 11: This snowy tree
Finally, IGN mentions this little detail as an impressive feature: It is simply beautiful how the snow falls from this tree when someone shot at the agent.
