In Tarisland, the developers have repeatedly spoken up in recent days to address current issues and report on new events. They are now warning players about destroying one particular item.
What kind of item is it? The developers of Tarisland have spoken out. In a post on their own Discord server, they warn players not to destroy colorful jewels.
The colorful jewels are special gems in the game that you can socket into your equipment to improve two attributes of your character, rather than just one attribute with the solid-colored jewels.
Why should one even destroy the jewels? The colorful jewels are a good way to enhance your character’s attributes, but they have a drawback. You can only have one of each type of jewel in your equipment.
If you slot two identical colorful jewels into your equipment, one of them will be deactivated. This mechanic is hardly described in the game and has already caused frustration for some players. However, the developers now want to help.

Developers promise help if you still have your jewels
What do the developers promise? The developer team of Tarisland writes on Discord that they understand that players were not aware of the system and promise a solution.
While the system itself will not be changed, players who still have duplicates of their colorful jewels should not destroy them. The team will address this issue as soon as possible. How they intend to solve the problem specifically is still unknown.
Do the developers also comment on other issues? Yes, the developers also address other problems in their post. An issue with the quest “Disaster Aid” has been resolved. Additionally, players who were missing talent points should receive them back via in-game mail.
There, the developers also write that fixing the problem took longer because there were delays in finding the error. However, all players should have received their talent points by now.
