Buggy, Sir Crocodile, and Mihawk have joined forces in the Cross Guild. Originally, Eiichiro Oda, the mangaka of One Piece, had a fourth member in mind at the time of the founding.
Who was supposed to be the fourth member? An early sketch of the Cross Guild shows that there was actually supposed to be a fourth member at the founding. Besides Buggy the Clown, Mihawk the strongest swordsman, and Sir Crocodile, one of Luffy’s opponents, there would have been a female character.
In a tweet by pewpiece, a fourth character can be seen in the lower right corner of the left sketch, who was supposed to be on the Cross Guild poster. However, he was simply crossed out. Upon closer inspection, it can be seen that this is the Ghost Princess Perona:
Thus, Perona was actually supposed to be a founding member of the Cross Guild. Initially, Oda decided to remove her from the Cross Guild and give her a separate mission. But according to the X-user, Oda is still considering expanding the group around the villainous trio.

Why did she not become one? Perona is currently on a rescue mission. She is looking for her boss Gecko Moria, who wanted to save his crew member Absalom. However, the Blackbeard Pirates captured him and locked him in a cell.
So, Perona went to the Blackbeard Pirates’ base and searched for Gecko Moria in the cells. There, she encountered Korby, whom she freed on the condition of helping her boss.
It could be that Perona still joins the Cross Guild once she has helped her boss escape. Besides Mihawk and Sir Crocodile, Gecko Moria was also a member of the Seven Samurai and may share the goals of his colleagues. Therefore, we can imagine that the two will join as a duo.
What is the Cross Guild? Actually, the Cross Guild was founded by Mihawk and Sir Crocodile. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, Buggy was declared the leader of the organization but only acts for the other two members.
The organization aims to establish a military nation that is on par with the Marines. It turns the tables by hunting Marine soldiers and offering bounties for them.
