The crazy post-apocalyptic shooter Rage 2 is getting new content. At E3 2019, the first DLC “The Awakening of the Spirits” was presented.
During the Bethesda press conference at E3 2019, Rage 2 was also featured. Although the game has already been released, there are new DLC contents that were shown for the first time at E3. The first DLC is called “The Awakening of the Spirits” and expands the game with a lot of crazy new features.
Mechs, new enemies, and cheat codes
What are the new contents for Rage 2? In The Awakening of the Spirits, it is all about a new story with a new enemy faction, probably the spooky “Spirits”. Additionally, the following contents were showcased in a fun trailer in a comedy style:
- A controllable mech
- An event with a sandworm
- An event with an insect swarm
- A huge unicycle vehicle that crushes everything
- The grim Ghost motorcycle
- New cheats with the Wasteland Wizard: Including some that make enemies burst brutally or play tricks with physics
- New weapons and features
