Black Noir is mainly known for his secret missions. He is efficient, silent, and deadly. He is incredibly strong and could even survive a massive explosion. Additionally, he has little pain perception. In open combat, he is somewhat weaker and lost against Queen Maeve and Soldier Boy.

Queen Maeve has been one of the strongest Supes in the world of The Boys. Unlike most Supes, she does not only rely on her abilities but also on her combat training. She was able to keep up with Homelander for a certain time and showed in battles against other Supes how dangerous she is.

Cindy can most likely be compared to Eleven from Stranger Things. She has the ability to manipulate objects and people with pressure. She can break open doors or make people explode.
Place 4: Mindstorm
Abilities:

- Superhuman hearing
Mindstorm is somewhat like the Professor X of the world of The Boys. Within a certain radius, he can read the thoughts of all people and also browse memories and even partially control them. By looking someone in the eye, he can theoretically lock them in a thought cage forever. Theoretically, he could be the most powerful Supe, but his abilities have become less controlled, and if one knows about eye contact, it could be avoided.
