With Manor Lords, a new building game was released on Steam in 2024, which immediately convinced numerous players at release. Now it is reduced by 30%.
What game is it about?
- Manor Lords is a medieval building game that launched with over 150,000 players on Steam in April 2024 and is currently in Early Access.
- With 87% positive reviews, the title from solo developer Slavic Magic is very well received by players.
- The German strategy game expert Maurice Weber also has praise for Manor Lords.
Manor Lords delights its players especially with detailed city building and impressive graphics for the genre. The strategic battles of the indie game are also praised. A player even wrote a Wikipedia entry for his battle in Manor Lords.
However, a commonly mentioned criticism is that the Early Access title still has few contents and some bugs, which is why the otherwise good game is not worth 40€. The current offer may remedy this.
Manor Lords on new sale on Steam cheaper than ever
What kind of offer is this? On September 26, a publisher sale started on Steam by Hooded Horse, the publisher of Manor Lords. As part of the sale, numerous games are on offer, including the building game.
During the sale, Manor Lords is reduced by 30% and costs only 27.99 euros instead of the usual 39.99 euros. The previous lowest price for the game was 29.99 euros.
Until when is the offer valid? The publisher sale by Hooded Horse runs on Steam until October 10, 2024. So you have just under 2 weeks to think it over and possibly take advantage of the offer.
Since it is a publisher sale, many other games from Hooded Horse are of course on offer. Discounted games include titles like Cataclismo, Norland, Xenonauts 2, and the 95% positively rated Against the Storm.
If you are also interested in strategy besides city building, you have probably played Crusader Kings 3. It is the favorite game of MeinMMO editor Schuhmann, who recently was able to test the new DLC of the strategy game. This was his experience: The new €30 DLC for my favorite game on Steam turns a powerful Viking into a weakling
