Rank 3: Lord Boros

Lord Boros is the leader of the alien invaders “Dark Matter Thieves”. He possesses even more impressive regenerative abilities than the previous ranks and can even regenerate from sludge. Additionally, he can enter a state called “Meteoric Burst,” during which he can unleash his ultimate attack. This allows him to destroy the planet.
Although Lord Boros is “only” ranked as a dragon, we have rated him higher than Psykos-Orochi in fourth place. The alien is indeed the first being to survive Saitama’s normal punch. This forced One Punch Man to develop a stronger punch. Saitama himself says that Lord Boros is the strongest opponent he has ever encountered—at least up to that point.
Rank 2: Garou (Mode: Cosmic Fear)

Garou is actually a rather average opponent. He is a student of Bang, the third strongest hero from One Punch Man. Accordingly, he also uses martial arts in his fights. However, there comes a point when he suddenly becomes the second most powerful opponent.
He accepts the power of God and thus becomes his avatar. His powers are almost unimaginable: he can survive in a vacuum, cause nuclear fissions and gamma ray bursts, and is aware of all powers and energies in the universe.
He is the only opponent who has ever forced Saitama to exponentially increase his power. He not only withstood Saitama’s punches but was even able to keep up in battle.

If Garou has become so powerful through the powers of God, what about God himself? He can distort reality, erase lives, and grant powers that exceed the level of Dragon.
Unfortunately, God has not yet been seen in action. Therefore, we can only speculate about how powerful this being is. After all, he is the reason why there is still a danger level above Dragon.
