Sibriex

Sibriexe are believed to be as old as the Abyss itself. They haunt remote parts of this plane, where they use their abhorrent abilities to create new horrors.
Visually, a Sibriex is a merger of heads, skin, teeth, pustules, and abscesses, from whose body blood and bile flow, polluting the surrounding landscape. An absolute body-horror monster.
But it doesn’t stop there. Sibriexe are capable of transforming their opponents through flesh deformation. For this, a d100 is rolled to determine the outcome of the deformation. Since we don’t want to withhold these horrifying concepts from you completely, here’s a little sample:
- The target’s eyes bulge out on stalks from their head.
- The target’s ears tear off their head and scurry away.
- The target grows an additional head.
- The target’s hands grow claws.
- The target’s skin develops bark-like scales.
- The target’s arms turn into tentacles with fingers at the ends.
- The target’s arms and legs swap places, making it unable to move – unless it crawls.
The monsters on this list can quickly change the mood of the players and create significant terror.
