Place 2: Gogeta

The top two places are taken by two fusions of Son-Goku and Vegeta. However, it’s extremely difficult to determine which fighter is superior. Nevertheless, we start with Gogeta. He is created when Son-Goku and Vegeta perform the fusion dance.
When he appears in battles, they are quickly concluded. In the fight against one of the Shadow Dragons, they achieve such immense power through the fusion that they can easily withstand their opponent. Unfortunately, the fusion time is not enough before they can land the final blow. However, they also perform well against Hearts.
Place 1: Vegetto

In contrast to place 2, Son-Goku and Vegeta only need to put on the Potara earrings to become one of the strongest warriors of all time for Vegetto.
Vegetto almost succeeds in defeating Fused Zamasu. However, just like with Gogeta, the problem remains that the fused Saiyans need too much energy – and separate when attempting to land the final blow. The same happens to them in the fight against Cumber.
This fusion is much easier to execute as all that is needed is to wear the earrings. Furthermore, there was even a battle between Vegetto and Gogeta in Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Here, Notes Team, which included Vegetto, won the battle. This is why we decided to place Vegetto ahead of Gogeta at number 1.
Through the different fusions, the most exciting battles arise. You can surely remember which fight you were most excited about in Dragon Ball Z. Check if it made it into our ranking of the legendary fights: The 7 legendary fights in Dragon Ball Z
