Jimbei is the newest member of the Straw Hat Pirates and at the same time the strongest being on the Thousand Sunny that is not a human. In a separate ranking, Jimbei ranks 4th among the strongest Straw Hats, which he owes in part to his Fish-Man Karate.
The fish-men live like mermaids and mermen, primarily in the water. Their hometown is Fish-Man Island. While their appearance resembles that of humans, they can swim extremely well and breathe underwater.
Place 3: Jack

- Race: Fish-Man
Jack is also a fish-man, like Jimbei. However, he has one advantage that Jimbei does not have: He has eaten the Elephant Fruit (Model: Mammoth), allowing him to transform into a gigantic mammoth. He is one of the three highest-ranked subordinates of Kaido from the Beast Pirates.
Although Jack lost the ability to swim underwater because of this, he can still breathe underwater and pretend to be deceased.
