Tchazzar may serve under the dragon Tiamat, but he reached a sort of ascent to divinity as her avatar. This circumstance makes him incredibly powerful. He united three of Faerûn’s mightiest dragons under himself and merged with them.
Through this ritual performed under Tiamat’s supervision, he gained the abilities and knowledge of the red, green, and blue dragons with whom he united. He became Tiamat’s avatar, possessing multiple heads like his mistress.
