Armored Bod
Location: You can find the weapon in the mine “The Effort of the Pampering Force” in the Carcadia district on Dominion. Defeat the boss “Axe Maw”.
What is special about the weapon? The Armored Bod is a rapid-firing shotgun. It is especially practical when you want to defeat many opponents. However, we recommend it to you for another reason: because of its functionality.
It operates as a shotgun, assault rifle, sniper rifle, pistol, and SMG, allowing it to benefit from the various perks and boosts of the aforementioned categories. Additionally, it helps you to efficiently complete the challenges for the aforementioned weapon types, as kills and critical hits from this weapon also count towards progress.
Hot Slugger
Location: You can find the weapon in the Terminus Depths. To do this, visit the bunker “Coward’s Corner” on the Heart of the Mountain and defeat the boss at the end of the dungeon. The boss can also be farmed.
What is special about the weapon? The shotgun of the Doom Slayer has made its way back into Borderlands, this time with just one barrel and a white coating. This weapon has a perk that grants you a 30 percent damage buff for 10 seconds. This effect can stack three times (a total of 90% more damage).
Unfortunately, the weapon has only one bullet in the chamber, which you need to reload after a shot. However, the high reload speed allows you to comfortably mow down through enemy hordes. The extreme damage provided to you as a buff does the rest and ensures that you can take down almost any enemy with just one shot.
