Place 2: Season 16
In second place, we find Season 16 of NCIS. Team Gibbs with Tim McGee, Nick Torres, Ellie, and Dr. Jacqueline Sloane is working this time on two major plot points:
First, they wrap up the story arc that began in Season 15 about a vigilante group. Secondly, it is confirmed that the supposedly deceased Ziva David from Season 13 is still alive. Additionally, Gibbs confesses to his team that he shot the murderer of his first wife and their shared daughter.
With 9.1 stars, episode 13 is the highest-rated. Here, the team finds a confused and malnourished nine-year-old in a cargo compartment. As a result, they reopen a missing person case that Ziva David once took a personal interest in.
Place 1: Season 13
Season 13 is the last with Michael Weatherly as Anthony DiNozzo. He stays until the final episode, in which he is informed that Ziva David has died and that he will take custody of their daughter.
Until then, the team continues to consist of Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Timothy Tim McGee, Eleanor Ellie

Even in this season, the last episode has the highest rating, namely 9.2 stars: For several episodes, the team has been hunting a runaway British spy who is targeting current and former agents. And it is the episode in which Tony leaves NCIS.
