What was the ranking based on? In The Witcher, there are incredibly many different beings, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Comparing vampires and dragons is about as reasonable as comparing apples and oranges. Okay, maybe that’s a bad example; after all, apples clearly have the upper hand! What I actually want to say is that the characters on this list are all very different, and therefore the ranking is not set in stone. Nevertheless, we have tried to evaluate as objectively as possible.

She is extremely talented in curses, illusion magic, and is one of the few known shapeshifters. She particularly enjoys taking the form of an owl and discreetly scouting her targets.
Philippa is not only powerful but also very ambitious and power-hungry. To achieve her goals, she does not shy away from terrible deeds, such as the assassination of her own king. The combination of powerful magic, political influence, and ruthlessness makes Philippa an opponent that one should not provoke.
