In League of Legends there are an abundance of skins. Each champion has at least one, but some of them are record holders and true fashion stars when it comes to their wardrobe. MeinMMO has created a list of the 10 champions with the most skins for you.
What are skins and which ones are available? Skins in League of Legends are purely cosmetic items that change the appearance and, depending on their quality, also the effects or sounds of your favorite champions. As of April 2025, there are more than 1,780 skins for the 171 champions (esportsinsider.com).
The skins are divided into different categories, with a total of 4 qualities:
- Standard
- Epic
- Legendary
- Ultimate
In addition to the 4 standard categories, there are other differences in skins, especially regarding their availability. Some of them will appear on our list:
- Legacy: These skins are available for certain events.
- Mythic: The Mythic skins can be bought in the Mythic Shop with the corresponding essence (random rotation).
- Prestige: Prestige skins are higher quality versions of “normal” skins, which usually follow the color scheme of gold.
- Victorious: You receive these skins through the annual ranked rewards.
- Honor: You receive these skins through the honor system and a high honor level.
- Hall of Legends: The Hall of Legends skins are special skins from professional players who have been inducted into the Hall of Legends. An example would be the pro Uzi, who received a Kai’sa skin for his induction into the Hall of Legends.
- Other special skins: Skins that originate from a collector’s edition or an anniversary event are other special skins.
At the beginning of the list is one of the first champions, who was playable at release in February 2009.
10. Annie
Who is Annie? The little girl Annie is a mage and was added to League of Legends on February 21, 2009. With her fireball, she can deal damage at range while burning nearby enemies with a fire breath. She protects herself with a shield and should anyone try to attack her, her teddy bear Tibbers is on standby.
How many skins does Annie have? Annie has a total of 17 skins. She received her last skin on August 28, 2024 (Battle Princess Annie). Annie has a rare skin with the Annie-versary, which was only awarded for the 10th anniversary of League of Legends.
9. Sivir
Who is Sivir? Sivir is an ADC and has existed since February 21, 2009. She can throw her chakram like a boomerang and make it bounce from enemy to enemy. With a shield, she repels the next ability and chases her enemies with the ultimate.
How many skins does Sivir have? Sivir has 18 skins. The last skin for Sivir was released on October 9, 2024. It is also an anniversary skin (Ann-Sivir-Sary) which was awarded for the 15th anniversary of LoL.
