Who is the developer? The developer of Vampire Survivors calls himself poncle and started as the sole developer of the survival roguelite alongside programmer Luca Galante. After the huge success in 2022, Galante quit his job and focused on Vampire Survivors. Currently, poncle has over 25 employees and continuously releases new content for one of the most popular games on Steam.
On October 28, 2025, the latest free crossover DLC featuring the number 4 game on the list, Balatro, was released, bringing some familiar faces from the popular poker roguelite to Vampire Survivors.
