3. Ultra Instinct Son Goku
Cost: 9 ZP (Base Form: 8 ZP)

Places 2 and 3 can be swapped depending on personal preference. Although Ultra Instinct Goku costs less than the previous characters, he is equally strong.
He attacks extremely quickly, and through the rapid Sparking! mode and strong buffs, he can achieve optimal conditions for himself with just 3 ability bars. He can also be carried with only 8 ZP in a previous form.
2. Jiren (Full Power)
Cost: 9 ZP (Base Form: 8 ZP)

- Can directly enter Sparking! mode and will be heavily buffed
- Has a shield for breaking combos
Jiren (Full Power) is also a true monster. He is extremely fast, deals a lot of damage, and can easily land his super attacks in combos. He ranks above Son Goku on this list because the shield is easier to use than evading.
He can achieve optimal conditions with just 3 ability bars and can be brought in with 8 ZP in a previous form.
1. Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta
Cost: 10 ZP
- High speed
- High damage
- Can directly enter Sparking! mode and will be heavily buffed
- High damage in both melee and ki attacks
Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is probably the best character in the game. He is fast, deals high damage, and can buff himself and enter Sparking! mode through an ability. With a simple combo, an ultimate, and the optimal conditions (buffs and Sparking! mode), he can easily deal over 40,000 damage and eliminate many characters with one combo.
His only drawback is that he can only be included in teams as a 10 ZP character. While he can be fused, Vegeta and Goku in Super Saiyan 4 are 8 ZP fighters and cannot be brought together. However, in a one-on-one battle or with no limits, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is the best character in the game.
Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero is still in its early stages, and much can change with the characters. It is not yet known whether and how Bandai Namco will buff or nerf the characters.
