The next patch for TERA will be quite dark – Mutated zombies and crazy alchemists are featured in “Shadow & Secrets”.
Darkuryon returns, with two new dungeons
The next update of TERA will be quite grim. Aside from the somewhat cute Elin, who can don the new Ninja class with the “Secrets & Shadows” patch , the content seems to be of a darker nature.
The dark alchemist Dakuryon is “celebrating” his return, after players have previously put him in his place. This time, he seems to have lost the last shred of decency, as the two new dungeons are packed with monstrosities and abominations. You might want to take a look at the (surprisingly interesting) trailer:
In the Demokron Factory, a dungeon for 7 players at level 65, two of Darkuryon’s “greatest” achievements await. A gigantic, mutated crab and Verno, a former scientist transformed into a terrible, mindless abomination by Darkuryon.
Following that, the new 5-player instance Shadow Sanctuary can also be tackled, also for level 65. Here, the villain is directly confronted – at least if the players can navigate through the sanctum of his perverse alchemy.
Under En Masse, the patch is scheduled for release in May, but further content, such as flying mounts, will be showcased beforehand. However, a specific release date for when the patch will also launch under Gameforge, “our” publisher, in Germany and Europe has not been announced yet.
