The last chapter of the SWTOR expansion “Knights of the Fallen Empire” will be released soon. We have all the information about the release and the future of the game.
Defeating Arcann
For nearly a year, the “Knights of the Fallen Empire” expansion for Star Wars: The Old Republic has been providing players with a new story chapter every month. The story is slowly nearing its conclusion, as the last chapter “The Battle of Odessen” finally has a release date. Starting August 11, subscribers can play the final chapter and prove how to deal with such a “small uprising” as a loyal supporter of the Republic or the Empire in the battle against Arcann. The current holder of the Eternal Throne is leading his fleet directly to the base of the Outsider on Odessen. A grand final battle for the fate of the known galaxy is on the agenda.
Those who had an active subscription on July 2 will get early access to the chapter two days before – the journey starts on August 9.
You can get a first, tiny glimpse in this teaser trailer:
If you haven’t engaged with “Knights of the Fallen Empire” so far, you might take the chance to subscribe on August 11. Because then, for the cost of just one month’s game time, you can enjoy all 16 chapters.
After the completion of the expansion, fans won’t have to wait long for new content. The next update “Knights of the Eternal Throne” is expected to follow in the fall of this year. As the title suggests, the story will seamlessly continue from the current events.
The end of the “Knights of the Fallen Empire” expansion also means that particularly loyal subscribers will soon get to enjoy the bonus chapter, where they will take on the role of an HK unit. Concrete details about the scope of this chapter have not yet been revealed.
