Are you into online survival games? Then you can now sign up for a test of the upcoming MMO The Black Death.
The Black Death is set in the Middle Ages. More specifically, in Europe between the years 1347 and 1352. During this time, the plague ravaged the land, which does not simply kill victims in the online game but transforms them into dangerous creatures resembling zombies. You must try to survive in this dangerous time without getting infected.
Test the Black Death
The developer studio Green Man Loaded is now looking for testers who would like to take a look at the MMORPG. If you are interested, fill out the form on the website. If you’re lucky, you will be selected for the test, which is set to begin before the Early Access launch this March. If you can participate, you can create your character from ten classes and explore the sandbox world.
You decide how you want to survive there. As a marauder, for example, you spread fear and terror, killing all the infected that you encounter and simply taking what you need to survive. As a bard, on the other hand, you travel from town to town, singing in taverns to earn some money and food. The Middle Ages during the plague are dark and brutal, so you won’t survive long on your own. Therefore, it is worth considering banding together with other players to form strong communities.
How it all plays out, you can find out during the testing phase yourself. Or you can wait until March when the Early Access for The Black Death starts. The developers have also released a new trailer showcasing new gameplay footage that gives a fascinating glimpse of the dark survival game.
